• Damages to property or belongings
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Service outcomes or customer satisfaction
• Disputes arising between customers and workers

Customers are strongly advised to verify the worker's identity, skills, experience, pricing, availability, and service details before hiring.

All negotiations, agreements, payments, and service-related decisions are solely between the customer and the worker.

By using WorkMitra, you acknowledge and agree that WorkMitra acts only as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.
